Business Cards for Mechanics and Car Service Shops

Business cards are a major reflection of the industry you and your business are in. If they do not seem appropriate, you may get a less than a positive reaction to the business you are looking for. One such business that absolutely needs promotion in the form of customized business cards is one in the automotive industry. There are so many dealerships, mechanics’ shops, lube centers, etc. that you need to find a way to set yourself apart from the competition.

One way to achieve this is to make a business card that is quite unique and well-designed for the services that you are providing to current and potential customers.

Here are some ideas for your automotive business card:

If your shop or service is affiliated with a brand or company (i.e. AAA or Pennzoil), get permission to use their logo on your cards. This will give you an edge over other competitors that don’t have the seal of approval. Customers will certainly take notice of your affiliation and that will boost your clout among other shops.

If you work for a dealership, have a few different kinds of cards in terms of printed material. For instance, if you have a repeat customer that regularly comes to you for new or used car needs, have a few metal business cards to give to them.

This will definitely be special to them and most certainly will not be thrown out. Obviously you should have normal business cards for other customers as well, but the different selection will be significant.

If your shop does most of their work on Suzuki motorcycles or Subaru Outbacks, say so on the card! Showing that your shop has a specialty means that you have the experience to suit a particular customer’s needs in a professional and efficient way.
